We regularly advise clients in construction sector in the DB/DAB/DAAB proceedings prior to the resort to arbitration providing strategic approaches in line with potential arbitration procedure.

We are proud to have served as counsel, expert and board member in various dispute board processes in all types and sizes of projects all around the world. We are working regularly with dispute board processes established under FIDIC type of contracts as well as NEC, ad-hoc contracts with separate Dispute Board rules, i.e. ICC Dispute Board Rules, CiARB Dispute Board Rules and ad-hoc dispute board rules.
