Turkish Contractors Association Seminar
A Seminar on Strategies for Contracting in MENA Region with Specific Focus to Iraq and Saudi Arabia was held at the Turkish Contractors Association in collaboration with the law firms Çetinel and Volterra Fietta. The seminar discussed the impacts of Saudi Arabia's new Civil Code on the contractual rights and obligations of companies operating in the country, the financing options that could be utilized in disputes within the MENA regions, and the tender strategies that could be used as references for construction projects or arbitration cases in these regions.
