Başak Kayrancıoğlu graduated from Koç University of Faculty of Law in 2018 and registered to Istanbul Bar after completing her legal internship. She has gained experience in international companies. Furthermore, she completed her LLM degree in Commercial and Corporate Law at the Queen Mary University of London and now works at Çetinel Law Firm.

She takes part in local commercial arbitration procedures and provides consultancy for contracts and disputes related to international construction projects.

In addition, she is a member of the Artificial Intelligence Working Group of the IT Law Commission of the Istanbul Bar.

She is native in Turkish and fluent in English.
